This policy explains refunds and cancellations for both Reva AI Teacher subscriptions and live 1-to-1 human teaching sessions. EduVerseJr is operated by an India-registered MSME based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Reva AI subscriptions — 7-day money-back
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first paid subscription within 7 days of that first payment. After the first 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid a charge. If you are charged for an unintended renewal and contact us within 48 hours, before significant use, we will review and may refund or credit at our discretion.
Live 1-on-1 sessions
Cancel or reschedule a live session free of charge at least 24 hours before the start time and the credit is returned. Late cancellations or no-shows are treated as delivered. If a teacher cancels, you get a free replacement slot or a refund of that credit.
When we always refund
We refund charges made in error, charges after a valid cancellation, prolonged service failures on our side, and any refund required by your local consumer-protection law.
